Bad news for Horror fans awaiting the sequel to 2018’s Halloween franchise reboot with the new film being delayed until October 15th 2021.
Halloween Kills was originally scheduled for an October 2020 release but with the pandemic pushing production back worldwide there has been no choice but to delay.
Horror mastermind John Carpenter shared the below statement:

A brief trailer has been released, it follows on directly after the events of the previous film where Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis), her daughter Karen (Judy Greer) and granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) after an exhilarating showdown had managed to trap Myers in the house, setting it on fire to then flee, leaving the masked killer for dead. Interestingly in the teaser for Halloween Kills we see fire engines rushing past the fleeing family. It seems the reliability of the Fire Department has come back to haunt Laurie.
See below for the trailer and keep an eye out for updates.
